Editorial policy
The rules this site holds itself to for sourcing a claim, dating it, correcting it and crediting where it came from. The methodology page covers how a specific number is calculated; this page covers how any of it gets published at all.
Sourcing
Every claim on this site traces to one of a small, named set of sources: the game’s own data as read from endfield.wiki.gg’s Cargo tables and page wikitext, Hypergryph’s own published rules, or one of the third-party sites credited below, reused with the owner’s stated permission or authorization where that applies. Nothing is sourced from an unnamed aggregator or from another fan site’s uncredited work.
This site is never cited as its own source. If the only page on the open web carrying a claim is one of ours, the claim is unsourced, not confirmed, and a search engine echoing our own page back is not corroboration.
What counts as verified
A figure is verified when it is read directly from the game’s own data files, stated in an official Hypergryph channel, or printed on a credited third-party source’s own page. Where none of those states a number, the page says so instead of printing an estimate as though it were official: an absent value is a fact worth stating, not a gap to fill in.
Dating
An entity page (an operator, a weapon, a gear piece) carries the date its record was last read from source. A live-data page (codes, events, pull stats) carries the date of its own sweep or capture rather than the date the page happened to render, so the stated date never drifts just because a visitor loaded the page on a different day. Site copy that names a game version states the version its underlying data was actually ingested against, never a version bumped ahead of the data behind it.
Corrections
A wrong number is reported through the contact page. Because every entity page states the date its figures were last read from source, a reader flagging a mismatch can point at exactly which read is stale rather than describe it from memory. A correction is checked against the source it claims to disagree with and fixed at that source’s own record, not patched over on the page alone, so the same figure does not drift back the next time that record is re-read.
How the writing is produced
Every page on this site is written by its editor against a documented style guide: plain, factual, specific numbers with their unit, and a list of banned vocabulary and constructions that read as filler rather than as an answer. Before anything is published, an automated check runs over the same text for banned words and constructions and reports every hit, so a violation is caught rather than left to be noticed later. The editorial judgment on every page, including which claims are worth stating and which numbers are missing, is the editor’s own.
Advertising and affiliate links
No third-party ad and no affiliate link runs on this site today. The full policy on what would be considered, and what never will be, is on the advertise page. Nothing in the tier list, the build recommendations or any ranking on this site is paid placement, and that stays true whether or not the site ever carries an ad.
Independence
Endfield Build is an unofficial fan resource. Arknights: Endfield, its game content and its artwork are trademarks and copyrights of Hypergryph and Gryphline, and this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. The tier list and the team compositions are editorial: this site’s own reading of the data, stated as such wherever they appear, never presented as an official ranking.
Permissions and credits
Every third-party source this site reuses, what was taken from it, and the date it was last checked.

Takedown and rights requests
A rights holder, including Hypergryph, Gryphline or any of the third-party sources credited above, can request a correction to attribution or a takedown through the contact page. These requests are handled without argument.
