How the tier system works

T0.5Excellent almost everywhere. The gap to T0 is small and often a matter of the squad around them.
T1Strong, with a condition attached: a skill ceiling, a specific partner, or a narrower set of content.
T1.5Solid. Pulls its weight in the right squad, but is rarely the reason a run works.
T2Viable. Clears, but is outclassed where the content is hardest: limited rather than useless.
T3Below T2. Clears with the right support, but is outclassed almost everywhere the hardest content tests a squad.

How do I read a placement?
Each operator sits in one of four columns (Main DPS, Sub DPS, Support, or Sustain) at the band their kit earns there. The badge on the tile is the Potential the placement assumes: Prydwen currently reads 6-star operators at P0 and 5-star operators at P5, with one named exception, Endministrator, read at P5 despite being a 6-star. An operator at P5 in a band is not a promise about the same operator at P0. An operator who does two jobs appears in both columns, sometimes in different bands.
Is this a score?
No. Placements follow Prydwen’s Arknights: Endfield tier list, reused with their authorization and rechecked whenever they update it; nothing on this page is a survey result and no band is a computed number. This site’s own kit-rubric score, shown on build guides, is a separate reading and does not decide a band here. The operator pages carry the kit data behind a placement, so it can be argued with rather than taken on trust.
What do the tags under a tile mean?
New marks a release from the current version, whose placement is early. Watchlist marks a placement Prydwen expects to move a tier in either direction soon. Flexible means the operator fits more than one column. Standard means they are in the Basic Headhunting pool, so an account reaches them without a Chartered banner running. Arts, Physical and SP engine say where the value comes from: an Arts Reaction, the Vulnerable stacks a Physical Status applies, or the SP the rest of the squad spends.
Why is an operator missing?
Either they have not released yet, so ranking them would be a guess with a rank attached, or they are a 4-star: Prydwen’s own board ranks 4-star operators too, but this site’s tier list only carries 5-star and 6-star.
