Banners

Every headhunting banner the game data records, newest first, with the day each one opened. Below them, the three pools and the rates Hypergryph publishes for each.

Arknights: Endfield runs 3 headhunting pools as of version 1.5, each with a published 6-star rate, a soft-pity climb and a hard guarantee stated by Hypergryph. For who is worth pulling, see the tier list; for what a build needs once pulled, see builds.

Rates by banner

Every figure below is Hypergryph's own, from the in-game Rules panel. Endfield publishes its whole curve, so there is no sampled number on this page to mark as unofficial.

Arsenal Exchange4.0%15%40N/A25%
  • Chartered HeadhuntingThe limited banner. A 6-star is the featured operator half the time; the other half comes from the standard roster, or from one of the two previous Chartered banners, whose featured operators stay in the pool. The 120-pull guarantee is once per banner and resets when the banner closes. Every 240th pull on the same banner also awards a Potential token for the featured operator.
  • Basic HeadhuntingThe standard banner, open indefinitely. No featured operator, so no 50/50 and no 120-pull guarantee. The 6-star counter carries across banners of the same type until a 6-star lands.
  • Arsenal ExchangeThe weapon banner, and the one that does not work like the others: it is bought in ten-weapon Issues at 1,980 Arsenal Tickets each, not one pull at a time, and there is no climbing rate. One 5-star or better per Issue is guaranteed. Three Issues with no 6-star and the fourth guarantees one (the 40th weapon at the latest), but not the featured one, which a 6-star is only a quarter of the time. Seven Issues without the featured 6-star and the eighth gives it, once per banner. A weapon selection box lands on the 10th Issue and the featured 6-star on the 18th, then every 8 Issues after.

Work the guarantees through and the ceiling is fixed: 40,000 Oroberyl buys the 80 pulls that guarantee a 6-star on either operator banner, and 60,000 buys the 120 that guarantee the rate-up one on a Chartered banner even after losing the 50/50. The Arsenal Exchange runs on Arsenal Tickets rather than Oroberyl, in Issues of ten weapons, so it has no Oroberyl ceiling to state. For how those published rates play out in players’ actual pull history, see headhunting statistics, a community-aggregated look at observed pity and rate-up win rates per banner.

Banner FAQ

What is the actual 6-star rate on a Chartered Headhunting banner?
Hypergryph publishes 0.8% as the base rate, and it holds for the first 65 pulls. From the 66th the rate gains 5 percentage points per pull (5.8%, then 10.8%, and so on) until the 80th pull, which is a guaranteed 6-star. There is no unpublished curve behind those figures; the game states them in its own Rules panel.
When does the rate start climbing?
After 65 pulls, so the 66th is the first pull to carry the increased rate. That is a published number rather than a sampled one, which is why this page states it without a hedge.
How does the 50/50 work?
On a Chartered Headhunting banner a 6-star is the featured operator half the time; the other half comes from the standard pool or from the two previous Chartered banners, whose featured operators stay in it. The 120th pull on the banner guarantees the featured operator, once per banner, and the counter resets when the banner closes. The Arsenal Exchange runs the same idea at 25%, with the featured 6-star guaranteed by the 80th weapon.
How much Oroberyl is a guaranteed 6-star?
One pull costs 500 Oroberyl, and the 80th pull guarantees a 6-star, so the worst case for any 6-star is 40,000 Oroberyl. The featured one is guaranteed at 120 pulls, or 60,000. The Arsenal Exchange is not bought in Oroberyl at all: it takes Arsenal Tickets, 1,980 per ten-weapon Issue.
