Summarized the official 1.6 Special Program in this video; every screenshot here comes from it, and the opinions on Si and Argent Flow credited to him are his.
Endfield 1.6, “Sanctuary of Ink”, adds two new 6-star operators, Si (Supporter, Cryo) and Argent Flow (Guard, Electric), reruns Tangtang from October 29, 2026, and opens a new Contingency Contract season, but the Special Program slides give no start date for the version itself. Si’s banner opens “After [Sanctuary of Ink] version release” and closes on November 5, 2026 at 11:59 server time; Argent Flow’s opens at 12:00 the same day.
This page is built on KyoStinV’s six-minute summary of the official program, uploaded on October 6, 2026. Names, dates and skill text below are read off the program’s own slides inside his video, not from the auto captions, which mishear half the proper nouns (“Sus” for Si, “Tantai” for Tangtang). Where KyoStinV gives an opinion, it is credited to him. This site’s operator and weapon data stops at version 1.5, so Si, Argent Flow and the new weapons have no page here yet.
When does Endfield 1.6 start?
Not on screen. Neither KyoStinV nor any slide in the program states the day version 1.6 goes live. Si’s banner and the Guide Event both open “After [Sanctuary of Ink] version release”. Some sites already print a 1.6 date; this page does not repeat one the video does not show.
What the slides do date: the earliest fixed day is October 22, 2026 (the Umbral Monument series and the Carly camera event), then October 29 (Tangtang’s rerun, the Brigand’s Calling weapon rerun and Contingency Readiness), November 5 (Argent Flow and the Fervor season of Echoes of War), November 12 (a new Delver of the Cryptic set) and November 19, when the Tangtang rerun closes. Version 1.5 is still running: our banners page lists Yvonne’s Resplendent Spectrum rerun as open until October 21, 2026.
How do you claim the 1.6 Special Program rewards?
Open Mail, open the new-version guide mail and use its web page icon, then press Redeem all, which is the route KyoStinV shows at 0:06. The footage is from the Chinese client. The mail is dated 2026-10-06 14:16 and lists four rewards: 1,000 Oroberyl and 10,000 T-Creds (their icons match the ones this site uses), plus 8 and 4 of two items labeled only in Chinese, 初级认知载体 and 武器检查套组 (literally “elementary cognitive carrier” and “weapon inspection set”; the English client names are not on screen).
Our reading of the Chinese mail text: the rewards can be claimed by browsing the guide page from the moment it goes live until the maintenance for the version update. The reward popup adds that the items go to your mailbox and the mail stays valid for 14 days. Whether the global client carries the same amounts is not shown. For codes, the video gives none; the current ones are on the codes page.
Which banners and weapons does 1.6 run, and when?
Three headhunting banners and three weapon slides, read off the program at 3:10 to 3:24. KyoStinV sums it up as “three banners in total”: Si, Argent Flow and the Tangtang rerun, with two new weapon banners each carrying the signature weapon of the rate-up operator. Every time below is copied as printed, server time.
| Banner (slide name) | Type on slide | Featured | Opens | Closes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rejuvenation | Chartered Headhunting | Si, 6★ | After [Sanctuary of Ink] version release | Nov. 5, 2026 at 11:59 |
| The Hearth Fire Beckons the Starry Flow | Chartered Headhunting | Argent Flow, 6★ | Nov. 5, 2026 at 12:00 | Before version update and maintenance |
| Ancestral Spring Flows Anew | RE-Factor Headhunting #1 | Tangtang, 6★ | Oct. 29, 2026 at 12:00 | Nov. 19, 2026 at 11:59 |
| Tender Sprig Issue | Arsenal Issue, RE-Factor Issue #1 | Brigand’s Calling | Oct. 29, 2026 at 12:00 | Nov. 19, 2026 at 11:59 |
| No banner name shown | New weapon slide | Jade Vessel, Greatsword, 6★ | No date on the slide | No date on the slide |
| No banner name shown | New weapon slide | Lunar Calling, Sword, 6★ | No date on the slide | No date on the slide |
The two Chartered banners hand over at noon on November 5. The rerun pair runs on its own track for exactly three weeks: from October 29 to November 5 Tangtang sits beside Si, and from November 5 to November 19 beside Argent Flow.
The program shows no rates, pity or guarantees for any of the three, and KyoStinV quotes none. The standing Chartered Headhunting rules Hypergryph has published are on our banners page; whether the new “RE-Factor Headhunting” label follows them is not on screen. If you track your own luck, the pull stats page is where to log it.
Tangtang’s rerun is the one banner this site can check against its own data. She debuted in version 1.1 on the River’s Daughter banner, March 12 to March 29, 2026, as a 6-star Cryo Caster with a Handcannon. Her signature weapon, Brigand’s Calling, had its own issue, Budding Anew, from March 12 to May 22, 2026. The weapon rerun on screen has the same dates as her rerun, though the weapon slide itself does not name her. Our tier list places her in the Main DPS column of its top band for “damage, a cheap Cryo infliction and team support from one cast”, and the best teams page uses her as the Cryo source in several squads.
The two new weapons are shown without a banner name or dates. Jade Vessel is a Greatsword with Intellect, Cryo DMG and Efficacy stat lines; Lunar Calling is a Sword with Will, Attack and Infliction. The slides do not say whose each is. Jade Vessel’s Cryo DMG line points at Si, and by elimination Lunar Calling goes with Argent Flow, which fits KyoStinV’s line that each new weapon banner carries its operator’s signature weapon; neither has a page on our weapons list yet.
Who is Si in Endfield?
Si is a new 6-star operator, labeled “Supporter - Cryo” on her splash slide, and the face of 1.6: the new area in Wuling is called Si’s Painting. That is all the slide states. Her kit in the video is narrated by KyoStinV over trailer footage, with no skill panel on screen, so the names below come from his voice and burned-in subtitles.
According to KyoStinV, she applies a different elemental infliction depending on the element of the operator in the first team slot. Her battle skill applies an Artful debuff that records part of the damage the target takes, then explodes for area damage. After the first cast it becomes a special battle skill that costs SP and pulls an Inksoul out of the debuffed target; everything dealt to the Inksoul is also dealt to its host, and if the host dies the Inksoul links to another enemy. The third step, Final Stroke, costs no SP and sends the Inksoul back into its host for area damage.
Her combo skill triggers when a Cryo or Heat infliction is consumed or absorbed, and calls up an Ink Lung whose damage scales with the stacks consumed. Her ultimate deals Cryo damage, gives the whole team temporary Cryo and Heat Amp, and shortens the combo skill cooldown of the first-position operator. KyoStinV rates her as a very good supporter for Cryo and Heat squads who lets you deal damage without chasing the target, and as a capable sub DPS. No stats, multipliers, talents or Potentials were shown, so any build advice now would be guesswork.
Who is Argent Flow in Endfield?
Argent Flow is the second new 6-star operator, labeled “Guard - Electric”, a rider on a black horse who fights with a lance in the footage. Unlike Si, three of his skill panels are on screen in English, so these are the game’s words. His combo skill, Stars Shifted, has this trigger: “When an enemy becomes Vulnerable. Unleashes a multi-sequence attack that deals Electric DMG and applies Electric Infliction to the enemy, while also changing his battle skill to Bolt Rush.”
His talent, Zenith of Voltmancy, is the core of the kit: “When Argent Flow applies Electrification, this Electrification also increases all types of DMG Taken by the target for the same duration, and he also applies Sunderization stack(s) on the target, the number of stacks is equal to the Electrification Status Level.” Crush damage on a target with Sunderization is increased and detonates every stack in an Electric explosion that also hits nearby enemies, and chains into any of them that carry Sunderization too.
His ultimate, Heavens Sundered, charges forward dealing continuous Electric DMG and drags weak enemies along, then a leap and a Cleansing Cleave apply 1 stack of Electric Infliction, then he pierces the ground with his lance, “applying Crush and dealing Electric DMG to enemies within a large area”. By KyoStinV’s account, the battle skill deals Physical damage and applies Lift, and Bolt Rush consumes Electric Infliction stacks to apply high-level Electrification and 1 stack of Vulnerability in an area.
Read together, the ultimate applies the Crush that detonates the Sunderization his own Electrification set up. KyoStinV’s verdict is the same: very good in Physical Crush squads, also at home in hybrid Electric squads, and “a kit that can self-sustain”. No numbers were shown for any of it.
What is in the Ink Scroll Protocol Pass?
The 1.6 Protocol Pass is called Ink Scroll, and its slide lists six new items: the profile theme Aspiration for the Clouds, the portrait Doodled Lung, the portrait frame Ink Mountains, the sticker Minimalist Ink Spirit, and two 6-star weapons. Long Heritage is a Greatsword with the same three stat lines as Jade Vessel (Intellect, Cryo DMG, Efficacy). Complexed Industry is a Sword with Will, Electric DMG and Detonate. KyoStinV says they suit the two new operators “very well”, and the elements back him up. Which pass tier holds them, and at what cost, is not on the slide.
What is the AIC farmland update?
Farming joins the AIC. KyoStinV describes automated crop plots and animal farms that periodically produce crops and meat. The planner footage shows a full field of plots built from the same placement menu as factories, with a Plot tab listing Crunchcane, Ballpea, Relishroom, Sourberry, Whitemelon, Oilseed Bloom, Reed Rye and Tartpepper plots, watered by sprinklers and powered by Xiranite pylons. In the field shot, a plot reads “Tartpepper Plot, Growing”. If you plan factory layouts on our blueprints page, none of these plots exist there yet.
Which events come with Endfield 1.6?
Two sign-ins, a Guide Event, a restaurant mode, a card-based arena, a Carly camera event and updates to three permanent modes. The sign-ins are Spirit’s Restoration Sign-In (Si) and The Stars Are With Me Sign-In (Argent Flow), seven days each. KyoStinV says each includes 5 free pulls; on the slide, days 1 to 3 hand out the same ticket item in quantities of 2, 2 and 1, which is five per sign-in, though the slide does not name the item.
The Guide Event is All the Inky Hues: “During the event, you can visit the area [Si’s Painting] in the region of Wuling and complete event missions to earn rich rewards.” It opens after the version release.
The restaurant event, which KyoStinV says becomes permanent, has you run a restaurant with Si using farm materials, with rewards that he says include Oroberyl and other materials. The result screen shown is titled Appetizing Start: Revenue 1,988 (Base 1,468 plus 520 in tips), Highest Streak 29, Session Score 29,007, three stars out of five.
Arena of Games is a card event built on Dataplates with poker-style hands: Pair, Two Pair, Triplet, Straight (4 sequential BP), Flush (at least 4 of one suit), Full House, Quad and Straight Flush (5 sequential BP of one suit). The BP score track runs to 20, worth 150,000, and past 10 the screen warns “Overflow (> 10 BP): Base difficulty increased”. KyoStinV explains that points over 10 no longer reset but keep accumulating to the maximum of 20, with stronger enemies as you go; the demo shows Lv.90 opponents.
The rest, with the dates printed on the slides:
- Carly’s Verdant Anthology, a camera event, from October 22, 2026 (4:16). KyoStinV’s subtitle spells her “Caryl” and calls it easy Oroberyl; the slide and our earlier entries, Carly’s Fairytale of Wuling among them, spell Carly.
- Umbral Monument, a new series, from October 22, 2026.
- Echoes of War, two new seasons: Phantasia after the version release, Fervor from November 5, 2026.
- Delver of the Cryptic, a new spatial set, from November 12, 2026.
- New ornamentals Rocking Nuli, Lung by the Lantern and Redistribution Made Manifest (4:46), and a personal gadget that, per KyoStinV, recovers some SP after entering combat but only works in Wuling.
What are the new Contingency Contract key criteria?
The new season is Contingency Contract: Indigo Experimental Operation, and it adds three new key criteria, two of them revealed. The last season on our events list was Re-Ignition Experimental Operation in version 1.3, June 19 to July 15, 2026.
| Key criterion | Rule text on the slide |
|---|---|
| Ambient: Combo Lock | “Increases combo skill DMG dealt. For every 2 combo skills cast, a Combo Lock that prevents combo skill casting is applied to the combo skill queue. The Combo Lock will disappear after a while.” |
| Ambient: Silence | “Increases SP Regeneration and SP Recovery from skills. All operators must cast their battle skills once before any operator can cast their battle skill again.” |
| Third criterion | Shown as “?”. KyoStinV calls it a “unique unknown key criteria”. |
Silence is the one that reshapes a team: every operator has to cast a battle skill before anyone can cast a second, so a squad built around one operator spamming battle skills stops working, and a squad of four battle-skill users gets more SP for it. Contingency Readiness, the Sanity event KyoStinV says prepares for it with rewards like Sanity potions and gear artificing catalysts, is dated October 29, 2026 (4:38). The 1.3 Contingency Readiness ran the week before that season’s contract opened.
What quality-of-life changes does 1.6 bring?
KyoStinV runs through twelve, each under a slide title:
- A Gear Plan feature with gear set presets per operator.
- An Assembly tab in gear artificing that marks Good Match and Standard Match pieces and says when a “Selection is enough to guarantee artificing success”.
- Better enemy lock-on.
- Combo skill priority settings for combo skills triggered at the same moment.
- Limited-time Sanity Meds converted automatically into Sanity or Sanity Essence before they expire, within your possession limits.
- Better dynamic environment interactions.
- AIC facilities placed in the wild straight from the depot.
- Depot Node delivery jobs taken by NPC couriers.
- A full-Potential lighting effect on the profile and the Dijiang.
- Dijiang shift rotation for cabins and a Visit Next button for friends’ ships.
- A better camera for placing stickers.
- Improved controller support.
The Assembly tab demo feeds Redeemer Plates into Swordmancer Heavy Armor, both already on our gear list. The Depot Node demo shows three couriers (Kuzminichna, Lu Yan and Jana) delivering Large Factory Goods Crates to Power Plateau, Origin Lodespring and Originium Science Park, with the note “Jobs will expire after 3 days”.
The combo skill setting is the one with rules worth reading. By default, simultaneous combo skills fire in team-position order; with Customize Priorities ticked you drag the four operators into your own order. The in-game note limits it: the priority “is only applicable for multiple combo skills triggered simultaneously, not those triggered within a short period of time”.
What did the program tease after 1.6?
These are teasers for later versions, with no dates and no version numbers on screen. In KyoStinV’s words, Rhodes Island will be on Talos-II and Warfarin from the original Arknights will join; new operators are coming, and his subtitle names one of them as Kay, a returning old friend from the original Arknights. Neither name is printed on the slides. The named slides are Exclusion Zone Rebuilding (a separate AIC area that, per KyoStinV, does not touch your Wuling production), an Umbral Monument series called Nefarious Revealed, Games of Wonder (a card game to play with friends) and Shattered Protocol.
KyoStinV relays that the developers called Shattered Protocol a randomness-driven mode that is “totally different from Integrated Strategies”, and he reads that as Integrated Strategies still coming later. His last line, that we will “soon fight our enemy, the Foundation”, is his reading of an illustration with no text.
